I am excited to be offering retreats that are a little bit different then what is available.

The first key to these retreats is the location that I have selected. The Lazy M Lodge which is just east of Caroline Alberta, a little over an hour from Edmonton or Calgary

This place is to be experienced.  Amazing owners, beautiful setting, home cooked meals.  Just pack what you need for the weekend and let our hosts take care of us.

The next key to these upcoming retreats falls completely in line with the mission of the Lazy M Lodge - REST, RELAX and RECHARGE. 

How wonderfully refreshing to be able to go to a retreat and not feel wiped out after the event is over.  There will be time for learning, sharing, experiencing and most importantly -  time for you! 

My vision is that you will come away from any of these retreats - Rested, Relaxed and most importantly RECHARGED FOR LIFE !
